Yes — websites are built and delivered remotely. We work with small businesses across Canada and the United States. Calgary is just where the team lives. The whole project happens via video calls, shared docs, and a private preview link, so geography doesn't affect anything.
We pick the right tool for the job. Most small business sites are hand-built with modern HTML/CSS/JavaScript and hosted on Cloudflare or Vercel — the result is a site that loads in under a second and costs almost nothing to host. For e-commerce we use Shopify; for content-heavy sites we sometimes use Astro or Next.js. We'll explain our choice on the call so you understand what you're getting.
Yes — every site comes with a simple admin where you can update text, swap images, post blogs, and add pages without writing code. We'll show you how it works during launch training. For bigger changes, you can do them yourself or hire us hourly.
Two options. You can do edits yourself in the admin, or we can handle them — either at $99/hour ad-hoc or via the $99/month maintenance plan, which includes a few hours of edits per month plus hosting, backups, and security updates.
You bring the raw material — your story, your services, your voice. We refine, structure, and polish it into copy that converts. If you'd rather we write everything from scratch (interview-based copywriting), that's a $750 add-on.
Hosting is included for the first year (typically $0–$10/month value). After that, it's about $99/year unless you're on the maintenance plan. Email isn't included — most clients use Google Workspace ($6/user/month) and we'll help set it up at launch.
